I sold something on ebay and the buyer wasnt happy with it - turns out there was a tiny stain (on the inside under the label which I hadn't spotted) so I told her to return for refund. I will happily refund as I honestly hadn't seen the stain (and with some stain remover and another wash today it has come out fine) Now the question is - do I need to refund the P&P she paid when I sent it to her? she hasn't mentioned it - what is the standard practice?
(the one time I got a refund on ebay due to seller describing something as being suitable for age 2-7 which didn't ft my 4 year old I didn't get a P&P refund - but I didn't press and left positive feedback too)

THANKS

I haven't (touchwood) had to refund anyone yet - but I put on all my listings that I will refund P&P and price they paid - I don't however pay for their cost of returning it to me.

yes you should refund the P&P.

refunding the P&P to return it to you is generally considered good practise, though i don't think there is a hard and fast rule - i just ask myself, would I like to pay the return postage for something that wasn't my fault (iyswim)

yes - always - it is good manners.
