Bidder has negative feedback for recent non-payment. What should I do?

I have an item ending tonight (about an hour and a hlaf from now) and it's going for a very good price at the moment. Just checked the highest bidder's feedback and there are 2 recent negative feedbacks, one for non-payment.

Have emailed asking how s/he will pay. Anything else I should do? I'm not sure the price will go up much at the end.

You can cancel bids on your auction if you want to.

I know. Do you think I should? Is that fair?

Well, I think I'd leave the bid and give the bidder the benefit of the doubt - but only if it was for a low price sale, as you wouldn't get the initial listing fee back if she didn't pay.
There could have been good reasons for the recent non-payments.

You're right. Their feedback score is very low (less than 20) and it worries me that 2 are negative. One for goods not received and the other for non-payment. No response to either comment.

I suppose there's always a second chance offer if I don't get paid...

That's true.
Fingers crossed for a successful sale - she might get outbid at the last minute anyway.

Maybe. It's a Boden t-shirt which I think I paid about a tenner for. Currently going for over £8.

Not sure it'll go much higher, tbh!

well - what happened???

I got paid OK. She made me wait a few days and stew however.

There was some explanation about the feedback being left hastily and I suggested she respond to it.

Anyway, all's well that ends well.
