Where does Paypal take your money from?

mine used to take it from my account then my credit card. Now its taking it from my, mostly empty bank. Any idea how to change it?

They should take it from your pay-pal account (if you have any money in it) ,if not then it comes out of your bank account. You can change it to come out of another account by changing your details/register another card no to your account.
I only use pay-pal if i have money in my pay-pal account

Mine takes it from my paypal balance and if no money from my credit card. Has your card on file expired maybe??

How very restained only spending when you have money in there, i have no such reins when it comes to ebay
No, card not expired, I reached the over 4500 limit in my account and it wanted me to verify my account details. It already had, but wouldnt go past a certain bit till I took off my bank and CC and put them back on.
Via my ebay seller account I have just edited funding sources, stating paypal account, credit card and bank....we will see where it comes from next time
