Is anyone using the new print and pay postage stuff?

Looks like a great and easy way to deal with all the postage chore, but I have a couple of questions:

  • are digital kitchen scales going to be accurate enough?
  • has anyone worked out which of the labels on the royal mail website work with the printed postage - they come in all sorts of sizes - 2/ 4/ 8 per page etc etc

I don't really want to have to start sticking bits of paper onto parcels....

some of the reasons i don't/won't use:
Still need to queue at the PO for for proof of purchase
May get the weight/size wrong and that would cause probs at the buyer's end
I want the post offices to stay open so i shall continue to give them my business

Not really looked into it TBH. I have a template made up in Word, that I just copy and paste the buyers addy onto & print off my own address labels. As for the postage labels- like sixlostmonkeys said- I queue to get proof of posting anyway so I just dont bother wasting paper/lables/ink etc

I agree about giving our local P.Offices more custom too- I'd be lost without ours.
