Cash on collection...how do I (as a purchaser)....?

As a purchaser, I want to buy a Cash On collection item. Ebay is only allowing me to Confirm & Pay when I try to BIN....what can the seller do to overcome this issue please?

Should have said ‘Confirm & pay’ by Paypal.

Obviously as it’s collection neither of us want PP.

I've never bought anything cash on collection, but I have sold stuff. Buyer turns up with the cash then I click the 'buyer has paid' option on ebay and all done, buyer doesn't get any reminders from ebay to pay.
