Bought some 'genuine' converse. When received they obviously weren't genuine or in good condition. Contacted seller who disagreed
but said she would refund. Sent back and she messaged me to say they were refunded. Apparent this was not the case so I opened a eBay dispute. Then saw the refund pending in my PayPal. Got a email today saying it was unsuccessful. I messaged her again asking for a bank transfer...(not sure if this is right or Wrong or should I keep it through PayPal). Opened a PayPal dispute so the eBay case has been closed. Where do I stand?
Did the refund bounce hence it being unsuccessful? Will I get a refund from PayPal?
