How do I set up the ‘This seller is away....’ please?

I have a lot listed Atm but am going away very soon.

I may be wrong but I’m pretty certain you can only do that if you have an eBay shop via the holiday settings that are one of the features.

If your listings are all buy it now’s then the best thing to do is extend your dispatch time accordingly and adding a clear note into the description stating that you are on holiday but will post the item on X date, when you return.

Thanks both. I’ve actually just got off the phone to ebay & not only can you as a personal seller not do this, if you are a business you still are unable to set it up on the app.

I have had to add wording to every single listing.

Even if you’re a business seller, you still need to pay a shop subscription to access this feature.
