All looks great to me

( I have my eye on one of your items)

selling is slow on ebay at the mo

pootlepod · 24/04/2007 23:05

I just happened to click on your gro bag, title says 6-18 months but description says 18-36 months. People tend to search for keywords in the title so may not pick up on this, also, it could mean you get bad feedback because the description is wrong.

But apart from that looks good. Kids clothes tends to be a bit hit and miss I find.

oops. thanks pootlepod, have revised that now - the grobag IS for 6-18mths

slm, hope you get it if you bid - which one (or wld you rather not say)?

interesting to hear that you think selling is slow at the minute - wonder why? could be the hot weather I suppose...

Everything looks great except I think you will do better if you iron stuff.

jeangenie · 25/04/2007 08:42

oh god, what you see IS my attempt at ironing

I won't say what I've got my eye on because ..ohh i dunno, I don't want you to count on it being sold iyswim - prob is for me at the mo I just don't have any money - but if i DO sell a few books I can treat myself.

I think there are a number of reasons for selling being so slow. the main one is the UK/US visibilty issue. Even though items may sell to the UK many UKers use .com and so just aren't seeing our items. The weather, time of year etc are all probally factors too.
I want my buyers back!!!

jeangenie · 25/04/2007 10:10

no prob slm, hope you do sell your books though, whether or not you end up buying any of mine! I guess exchange rate to $ is so good now that it makes sense for people to buy on .com GAH!
