Fake Bag - what do I do?

Bag is also significantly not as described, as it has many flaws.

The seller is in the US. I am in Australia.

Is it better to open a SNAD because of the condition or the authenticity or both?

Please advise.

You can’t choose both, but It doesn’t really matter tbh, the outcome will be the same, but personally I’d select the reason as it’s not authentic.

Do eBay still ask for proof if you claim it's not authentic? I know they used to, and it caused no end of problems as companies didn't like providing written authentication. SNAD might be better.

You only need to provide proof if you don’t want to send it back.
You don’t need any proof if you want to just send it back for a refund.

The seller is in the US and I am in Australia. It's illegal here to send counterfeit items by mail.

The seller has accepted return but I am scared to mail it because I am not really sure of its authenticity.

When it came, the seller declared the parcel as a blouse. It was not inspected.

You will be fine.

And if you don’t send it back, you won’t get your refund.

Has the buyer sent you a pre paid returns label?

ReallyConvolutedCareerHistory · 04/01/2018 20:51

^No, but she said she will refund the postage as soon as she receives the item.

STOP!!!!

Do NOT return it until you get a pre paid label! She cannot be forced to refund any postage retrospectively.

If she’s accepted the return she has to send one. If she doesn’t contact ebay.

^Thank you! I was thinking of returning today! You're right - I should contact eBay.
