Received an email from eBay saying that the item had been taken down as it infringes copyright. It's a Chloe Clutch genuine and wasn't expect to get more than £40 odd for it. Why has it been removed? Any ideas? Thanks wise ones. A bit green on the old eBay.

Some company companies don’t like their products being sold on eBay full stop, as there are a lot of fakes and it’s too hard to tell which items are genuine and which aren’t.

If you have a proof of purchase or proof that it’s genuine you could try calling ebay and speaking to someone to see if your listing could be reinstated but in all honestly it prob isn’t worth the hassle.

Try Gumtree or Shpock.

Thanks for that. I guess that's the reason. I don't have receipt but it's genuine so annoying! Thanks again for replying.

I had the same, I think unless you provide a serial number they assume it's a replica! I might have it though I love Chloe

Will happily send a pic if you wish. It's a unique one. Well clearly not unique but you don't see many around.
