If it has been 10 days i would file a dispute (you only have to wait 7 days to do so)
I usually find they respond once you file a dispute and then you just close the dispute and all done and dusted.
10 days is long enough imo. If they have ignored emails for 10 days they will continue to do so - until they get the ebay pop-up reminder
