Sold an item , got email from buyer dosent want to complete sale

Said it was a last minute bid, didnt realise dress was green(bloody navy dress in picture)Now dosent want to complete sale.
Have offered 2nd chance offer, but they dont want it.
Really annoyed as need the money, and have now lost a sale. Would you demand the buyer pays for the item?( the way i see it its not mistake, if it was me id buy the thing and resell it!)

I think you'll have to file an unpaid item dispute, else you can get your fees back. Within that, you can either choose to do it by mutual agreement or not.
