should I refund?

buyer has claimed that an item of clothing is far smaller than the size stated in the description - I did mention that it comes up small. They argue that it must have been washed and shrunk but I've never washed it (bought second hand and never worn)

Should I issue a refund of any sort??

I usually find these very helpful.
But if they don't want it for almost any reason you more or less have to refund (but they should pay return postage) or you risk getting a neg.
Shame -- but you can always relist.
