brought a buggy of ebay, was collected yesterdat by dhl express, the seller has given me tracking number but can find on site where to go or how to do it, keeps asking for contract number, consignment, im lost anyone help

i too had this problem with tracking numbers etc (two divs together?!) and i just e-mailed the seller and told him DHL had no trace of the item (a small white lie i know!) and could he investigate for me. when i got home a delivery note had been left saying DHL had been, that they'd try again and could i ring them to arrange a time, so don't despair, make it someone else's problem and relax and enjoy your spending!

im just having a panic as this is the 2nd pushchair iv got from ebay, first one was lost with parcel force, cant afford to loose anymore money,

did you buy first one through paypal or on credit card? if so you may be protected and get your money back. second one MUST arrive, no-one can have same thing happen twice can they?

why you on mumsnet? you a mum or a mum to be? i'm 20 weeks pg with first baby! quite excited but very scared.
