First classpostage paid for a item - not arrived or marked as dispatched yet

I have just noticed that I bough something on the 12 and paid that day, first class postage and it’s not arrived after ten days. It’s not marked as dispatched either. Just contactedseller.
If it ever turns up do think I’m within rights to ask for a part refund on postage?
Tbh it’s only going to be about 80p. I never give bad feedback or bad star ratings but this is so cheeky.
I guess one star for postage at least, I’m not impressed.

You need to open up a case as 'item not received'. This will prompt the seller to act. If they don't act within the time limit ebay will step in and you will automatically be refunded. As for asking for a refund on postage, that is sellers discretion. They don't have to. Seller could be away or forgot to post. That's not a acceptable excuse I know tho.

Oh dear I think I’ve got too complacent as the sellers details aren’t great. I think it ticks every red flag but stupidly I didn’t look at their details. It’s been chased so if it not here by the weekend I’m passing it over to eBay. Serves me right, should have at glanced at the feedback

It's good that you've opened a case. You will be refunded once ebay step in. And yes always read feedback before buying!
