Hi all,
Just after some help. I used to be a big ebayer years and years ago but haven't used it for such a long time.
I have just signed up again and I can only buy buy it now items. Every time I try and bid it comes up with a message saying "filter ID You've reached a temporary buying restriction" that a few lines of things that mean nothing to me.
Anyone got any insight as to why this is happening?
