I have this item here to sell.
It was removed from Ebay when i listed it because it broke the used nappy rule!!
So would it be really wrong for me to list it as new without tags?
Its in like new condition and has only beenm used 2-3 times in the garden!

didn't know anything abouta used nappy rule. I have bought swim nappy off ebay before

tortoise · 15/04/2007 22:15

Its a new rule to do with re-usable nappies etc. Swim nappy falls under this too!

Hmm, people can buy bikinis, what about list it as swimming bottoms. As long as you say in your description they have been used (but not soiled), surely thats ok.

VoluptuaGoodshag · 15/04/2007 22:18

Are you not allowed to sell reusable nappies and such like then? Missing the point a bit I would have thought

taffy101 · 15/04/2007 22:25

I've just browsed some re-usable, used nappies on ebay.

The list of banned items states underwear includin, but not limited to, boxer shorts, panties, briefs, atheletic supports.

Surely if people know they are used, who is to say people shouldn't sell them (could be a bit pervy tho i spose)

tortoise · 15/04/2007 22:29

Maybe they changed the ruling after people complained then...
I will just list it then and see if it gets removed again!

good luck - do you still have to pay if they remove it?

No listing fee is refunded.
