Hi am new to eBay and could do with some advice please.
I've bought some jeans (auction) and they have arrived today.
They are extra long (way too long for me)
Nowhere was it mentioned in the description that they are extra long, so am disappointed.
I've messaged the seller to express my disappointment.
On the item it said returns accepted but I'd have to pay postage. Do you think I should ask them to pay postage, plus refund the postage I've already paid for them to be delivered to me? Thanks

Open an item not as described case. Once you've won (very likely) you can ask the seller for a return label or if that's not forthcoming ask ebay to step in to help.

Thank you!

When you say they are "extra long" are they actually marked on the label as "tall" or similar or is it just your opinion?

They're marked extra long on a label inside

Ah ok, yes, fair game then, open a not as described return request and get a pre paid label to send them Back for a refund.

Will do, thanks
