Bought a Fake Bag on eBay - what do I do?

I bought an item that's tagged authentic but when I asked Purseforum, they said it's a blatant fake.

The item has not been shipped and the seller does not respond to my messages to cancel the sale.

What do I do?

Report item to eBay

Send a final message to the seller informing them that if they do not cancel the sale, you will open a not as described Case as soon as it arrives then they will have to pay for the return shipping and you will leave negative feedback.

If they don't cancel then do just that.
