cannot find return postage option

Can anyone help me? A buyer wants to return an item but i've been waiting for it all week. contacted them today and they said they hadn't received the postage label. I gave them my address to send it but don't know where to find this label. bit annoyed that they didn't just post it or contact me. Also they did ask if i would reduce the price and they would keep it

Did the buyer open an official not as described case with eBay?

If so then there will be an option for you to issue a returns label through the resolution centre once you have accepted the return.

If they haven't then ask them to do so, accept the return and then you will be presented with the option to issue the label.

Is the item faulty / misdescribed? If so would it not be easier for you to issue a partial refund rather than pay £3 to have a faulty item returned to you?
If they open a case there is an option for you to offer a partial refund to close it out.
