Buyer hasn't paid

Item won on Sunday evening. No communication from buyer, no payment received yet. They seem to have a good feedback rating. I have sent one payment reminder. How long should I wait before sending another?

In exactly the same position as you but with 2 items, you have to wait a minimum of 48 hours before opening an eBay case with a message to the buyer.

I have this - but the buyer has messaged me after the item ended and they won to say 'I will pay, if you promise to send the item in mid October, because I'm going on holiday' she hasn't paid and that was two days ago!?!?

A buyers feedback means nothing, sellers can't leave them negative feedback.

I'd send them a message asking them to pay by tomorrow AM or you will have to open a non payment case, and if you don't hear from them then do so.

In settings you can opt for eBay to automatically open cases on your behalf after so many days upon non payment, so you don't need to worry about that. Minimum is after 2 days I think. I selected for cases to automatically open on the 4th day of non payment, however I am probably too lenient.

I have my setting to automatically open a case after 48 hours. It's the best thing to do to keep on top of the people who don't pay.
