Hi, a buyer is now saying she didn't receive the item I sent 5 weeks ago.

I have proof of postage and it's been signed for using the same surname as the
buyer......
Cab someone tell me where I stand please?
Thanks

Don't worry about it, just make sure the tracking details are uploaded against the eBay and PayPal records.

Thankyou. Have uploaded all the documemts. But it's saying on the resolution centre it's down to me to sort it out. I've messaged the buyer saying i have the proof and they are pushing for a refund!

What do you mean "uploaded documents"? You need to just type in the tracking number and select the courier from a drop down list. It's important that this Info has been added.

Just to clarify, has the buyer opened a case through eBay? If they opened it more than 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date, then eBay won't get involved, it's for communication purposes only.

If it was before this, as long as the tracking details have been added "ask eBay to step in and help" as soon as you can (about a week after the case is opened) and they will close it in your favour.

Just tell the buyer you can't refund as the tracking shows the item as deliverered.

PS if you upload the details against the eBay sales record it should transfer over to the PayPal record automatically.

The last one of these I had the ebay customer services person insisted that I upload a scan of the receipt I got from the Post Office. Obviously they were wrong about this being required but it's the end result that's important. As soon as I uploaded a scan of the receipt the case was closed in my favour.
