What do i do next when my item was not payed for?

The item i sold well over two weeks ago has not been payed for. The buyer has not responded to any of my messages or to ebay when i filed an unpaid item dispute.
How do i go about claiming back my selling fee's?

If you open an unpaid dispute, and the buyer fails to repsond dont ebay refund you the listing fees, and then you can re-list, but block the suer who won this time.

Once the dispute has been running for 8 days you can close it. Go to "Dispute Console" to bring it on screen, tick the box to close dispute. Tick the option that says "I do not want to wait for or communicate with the buyer" and you'll get the fees refunded.
