Can you block buyers

Same buyer has bid on a few of my items and not paid - is there any way tk block this buyer?

Yes. But things with eBay are never straightforward and I can't remember the procedure. Have a Google and note down the person's username because you will need to enter that.

I take it you've also opened non-paying bidder cases for the unpaid items?

Yes you can- can never remember exactly how to get to the right big to do it though-I block anyone who doesn't pay or lies!

Yes i have opened a non-payment, but they have done kit twice now on the same item. Ill have a google

You place restrictions on who can bid on your items. Such as: only bidders in the UK, only bidders with feedback etc.

I just google "blocked bidders eBay" and follow the path in the first link to enter them onto your account.
