Help! Wrong feedback left!!!

How do I change my feedback?!? I am such an idiot!!!

Two seperate packages arrived today, one I am extremely happy with (baby clothing bundle), it's in excellent condition and was packaged beautifully. The other was flung all into a box, half of it was stretched, stained and bobbled. Two different sellers.

I clicked on the leave feedback link in the app, planning on leaving feedback on both sellers, and left the wrong feedback for the seller who sent me the package that I love. I've obviously sent the seller a message immediately explaining and asking how I can rectify this (and apologising like mad!), but the ebay help section doesn't show how I can change the feedback and it has no relevant headings under the "contact us" box.

Feel so guilty now, that poor seller will have to deal with the negative feedback after sending such lovely items I am such a dolt!! Can anyone help?!

You can revise it but it still shows as s neg and it says feedback removed.

Ah crap that seller definitely didn't deserve negative feedback too

If you can't find a way to do it yourself via the website, phone up ebay. I've always found them helpful. They do have the power to remove feedback completely.

Someone did this to me once, I was seriously fucked off and it never did get changed.

Don't know if this is of any help OP but very recently I received a message from a buyer apologising for the fact that he had accidentally left the wrong feedback on my account.
In truth the feedback wasn't that bad for me in that it said that the item hadnt arrived and that I had refunded him quickly, but it certainly wasn't true as he had left it on the day that he had bought the item !
I readily admit that I have a bit of a bee in my bonnet about the unreliability of feedback, mainly because as a seller I am fed up of reading comments about buyers being fast payers, yet they take days to pay me so I decided to contact eBay myself via live chat and ask them to remove what my buyer had written.
The feedback was removed within an hour of me contacting them , so I imagine that if you contact them and tell them you have made a mistake they will take it down. Message your seller too via eBay to apologise and suggest that she contacts them too. It will reflect on her if she has a negative on her account.
