Buyer hasn't registered her full address and won't respond to my messages

I sold a top on Tuesday (£10 plus p&p). The buyer paid immediately by Paypal, I got the parcel ready to post, and then noticed that the full address was neither on ebay nor paypal. Just house number, town & postcode. Now, I know that's enough for me to look up the street and I have done so, but I'm uneasy about presuming these are her correct details. I've contacted her through ebay with no response, and I've directly emailed her twice (her email address was on paypal). Nothing. Should I post it anyway? Or refund?

I would just refund tbh. You tried.

I used to have an EBay shop. I would just wait until the buyer responds, they will eventually, when top has not arrived. I think a lot of ebayers just write off messages as spam and ignore them.
Also phone up EBay and explain your predicament, it will be noted their end that you have attempted to contact buyer, should it escalate to a dispute.

Good advice. Thanks. I'll contact ebay.

Does the buyer have a phone number against the partial address? If so give them a call. If not. Just cancel it, there is an option for the reason to be "issue with buyers address". That way you won't get a defect against your account.

No, Lottie, no phone number. I think I'll just cancel - she can always re-buy.

There used to be an option to report for incorrect details, I think it generates an e.mail to the buyer to update their details. You could try that.

I would wait it out, eventually they will realise their parcel hasn't arrived and you can go from there. Have done this myself, and eventually a message arrived saying 'Where's my pyjamas?', I said they are still here as I don't know where to post them to.

In theory, Town, Postcode and House Number on their own are enough for Royal Mail to deliver.
