Bought a phil &teds on ebay last week. Described as good used condition with splash marks on basket. It arrived on tuesday when I was told it would be here on monday so had to wait in 2 days on run.
Anyways got it out the box and it stunk of smoke, there are chunks out of the handlebar, stains all over the pram and doubles seat,a tear in the main seat unit, scratches to all the metal bits and even the raincover is dirty. So emailed the seller told them I was disappointed etc as while it was used so would expect the scratches, the stains on the basket and maybe even the chunks of foam that had gone missing wouldnt expect it to be in condition it was. So she replied saying it only had a couple of stains.
Replied again as I then found the tear aswell and told her about this but heard nothing at all so this morning I left negative feedback for her,now 10mins later she has sent me a snotty email saying I was immature and should have contacted her???!!!???

Did you pay via paypal? If you're not happy get you money back via paypal and courier it back to her.

Items should be as described, not filthy and beyond cleaning.

I would suggest contacting her one moe time and stating that you would like to retun it to her fo a refund. If she doesn't play ball then contact paypal...Be prepared to supply photoes etc

Nemo2007 · 23/03/2007 15:32

Can I do that after I have left negative feedback?

I think so...to be honest I've never had to do it myself, but I'm sure if you started a thread asking how to do it pople on here would know.

Good Luck!

yes, feedback has nothing to do with a claim.
I'd ask one more time for a full refund, allow 24 hours and then file a dispute with paypal, and immediately escalate to a claim.
