seller offered me discount, but i cant reduce the price...

i bought 2 pairs of shoes for my bridesmaids

supposed to be £25 each + £6 p&p each

she said i can have them inc p&p for £45 and to deduct the £14.90 (as it works out) at the checkout

but it only lets you decuct postage- £9.90

so thats the most it will let me deduct

can i send her payment outside of ebay but still through paypal?

or ask her to send an invoice

Think you should be able to go into your paypal acct through it's website. Then click SEND MONEY & fill in the blanks from there

She can send you another invoice cant she?

If you find out what address she wants used for paypal, just send it through privately

if you click on the pay for item bit on ebay there is an option to 'request total' from seller, then she can send you an invoice with the new total

is there an option to request a new total from the seller?
