Detailed Seller Ratings

I'm pretty new to selling on eBay. For years I've seen the message when leaving feedback that Detailed Seller Ratings are not anonymous. Now that I'm a seller, I can't for the life of me work out how to see who left what DSRs. All I can see is the average rating and total number of ratings. It all seems very anonymous to me - am I missing something?!

Hi. You need to log on to the actual eBay website, not the app. Once there click on 'my ebay' tab top right, then on the drop down menu select 'selling'. Then you will see your performance - current seller level, then select seller standards dashboard (it will be in purple). Once done that on the left you will see 'detailed seller ratings reports tab' (in blue) under reports and service tools. Click the 'detailed seller ratings reports' tab in blue. This will then lead you onto the final page where you are able to run and create report.

They don't make it easy! And I still don't really get it! I've run a report and all it shows is the number of people who've given each star rating. At the moment they are all 5 stars anyway, so it doesn't really matter. But I guess what I'm curious about is if I get a lower star rating, how can I see who gave me that lower rating so I can get an idea of what might have caused it! The DSRs just seem a bit pointless to me at the moment!

Ah I know what you mean. Your trying to see what stars every buyer gave you for items they bought. Say for example I bought a item off you. You're trying to find out how many stars I gave you for communication, postage prices, dispatch time etc.

Also, unless you go on to the actual eBay website, you can't do naff all. It's so complicated on the website. They need to include it all in the app. I waste much time navigating through the website, I'll need a fuckin compass n a map.
