I've never had anyone be abusive to me before but this person has been sooo rude to me.

I'm wondering if i can do anything about it as they have sent an unpaid dispute to ebay and looks like I may receive a strike. They ignored my emails and are now being very rude and have left negative feedback which I didn't deserve.

Can they get done for being horrible on email? Also, they sold to another person in the end, not via ebay so no 'second chance offer'

I wouldn't worry if you do get a strike, you need three for it to become a problem. If they left you negative feedback you can leave a comment on their feedback. You can of course do the same. If their feedback is personally abusive ebay will remove it if you ask them.

You could complain to their ISP about their abuse but FIRST you need to send them an email saying that you no longer wish to communicate with them (stupid legal technicality) I know it's bloody obvious you don't. Then you email abuse@)(theirISPaddress) and complain that they are misusing the system against their terms of use.
