What do I do?!

Bought some jeans. Worth over £100+. They were too big but I left it too late to return them. So I sold them. Buyer has said that there are signs of wear on them and that the labels have been reattched. I haven't worn them apart from trying them on. One part of the tag looks like it may have fell off and the retailer stapled it back onto the main tag but the buyer clearly thinks I've worn them around etc.

Just to add they were sold together for £30. Absolute bargain.

I said no returns on the item page but the buyer wants to return them, which I don't mind, and have me pay for the postage.

He sent me a picture of what looks like a little fray at the bottom.

Anyway, do I have to pay?! I said lets go halves, literally like £2 each but no way.

You have to pay for the return postage I'm afraid.

If they haven't already ask them to open an official return request with eBay, and you can "purchase" (the cost gets added on to your invoice for eBay fees) a tracked returns label for £2.99.

Then you can relist them, but make sure you detail and photo the faults mentioned by the current buyer.
