Returning an item

I'm trying to return an item to a seller as it was not in the condition they described in the listing. They have persistently refused to accept a return and I ended up escalating it to eBay.

The Royal Mail tracking link is worrying me a bit though. I've attached photos. Does it look like the seller is refusing to accept it to anyone else? What happens if they don't accept the return?

Thanks in advance

Don't panic - upload the tracking details in the resolution centre If you didn't use a pre paid returns label, in which case they will be on there already

When you can (a week after the return request was started), escalate the case (aka ask eBay to step in and help), and as long as the tracking shows the delivery has been attempted, you will get your money refunded in full.
