If I refuse, will she be able to give me a negative feedback?

What would you do if you were the seller? Item costs £29.

Yes.

And I'd allow the item to be returned at her cost (shipping). What's your reason for not allowing it? I never return to stores which have shit returns policies.

AteRiri · 21/05/2017 05:19

Because I thought the shipping is going to be shouldered by me.

Also I'm not a store, I'm a personal seller. If she offers to shoulder the shipping, no problem.

You still have to refund the outgoing postage which is a pain as it means you are out of pocket, but it's up to you if you accept the return or not.

If you refuse then yes, she will be able to leave negative FB if she wants.

If it doesn't fit she should re-sell it herself on Ebay. As you say you are not a store.

Personally I dont accept returns and neither do most other 'normal' sellers (as in, not businesses). If I buy something that isnt right for me I sell it on :)
