Would you cancel this order?

Sold on Sat lunchtime.

Listing specifies 3 times 'Collection only' & 'Cash on collection'.

I contact her thanking her for the purchase & offer a list of dates & times that suit to do the transaction.

No communications whatsoever from her so ebay sent her a payment reminder. I have contacted her 4 times.

She then pays by Paypal immediately.

I have now asked her to confirm she is happy for me to refund the PP payment & come to me & pay cash as per the listing.

She has asked for my address (which I have previously given )

Surprise surprise....no response.

She is 300 miles away. The item was £50.

I asked ebay yesterday via their 'Contact us' page to please cancel the transaction but they haven't replied either.

Have I mucked up - can she leave me neg feedback now blaming the fact that she paid (albeit not in the correct way) and not received the item?

What do I do now as I seem to be ignored by everyone involved?!

There won't be any messaging from me, there is nothing to say - no point in talking to thise that don't hear & are just plain stoooopid

I will cancel the sale now & block.

She hasn't liked what ebay have told her. I'd have heard from her by now if she had got her way.

Tis official - she is a LOON!!

Having told me she was raising a grievance about paying with cash to ebay and telling me 'ebay won't approve of me doing a cash transaction', she messaged me yesterday afternoon telling me the courier was on his way & would be at mine in the evening a roundtrip of 600 miles with cash!....she didn't even ask if I was in!

I told her very bluntly that she had been informed many times of convenient collection dates & that there was a REASON for this

I have refunded her but for some reason my homepage isn't allowing me to close the case. Had a 50 min chat with ebay & told them she is doing them no favours & it's people like her that ruin it.

No response but it seems to be a 36hr period of quietness before the next bizarre sentence enters my inbox......
