Generating a returns label?

Buyer has just received item and says it isn't working. I'm a bit Confused as it was working before I sent it.

Anyway, I've accepted the return and thought I'd ticked a box(?) for her to print a returns label. She's saying she hasn't received anything.

Does anyone have any idea how this works?

Open the resolution centre at your end and double check you've officially accepted the return and also that you have issued a returns label.

I don't think you can fully accept a return without issuing a returns label at the same time, or providing proof that you have sent one via another method.

If you still have problems I'd give EBay a call or try the live chat.

I've definitely accepted the return as it's in the Resolution Centre and I've received a confirmation email. Nothing to say I have sent a label though. Confused

I'm waiting for eBay to call me back.
