I'm in the process of setting up a refund for something a buyer is not happy with. It appears that the account they are using is not theirs (different gender, judging by the items bought and sold) so they don't have any genuine feedback of their own. I assume the account is their partner's. I can't see any purchase history or feedback that would apply to the person I'm in contact with. Is this ok or is it something Ebay should know about?
