Seller taking ages to post item

Won an auction that ended on Friday evening. Paid straight away. Payment definitely went through.

Listing stated dispatch within 2 working days, fwiw. I didn't expect it to be posted on Monday, but it's now Thursday and item still not marked as dispatched.

I messaged the seller yesterday evening asking (politely!) when I could expect the item to be posted. No reply so far.

Seller has good feedback but mostly as a buyer.

What are my options here? Do I just wait and see? I'm slightly on edge as item was fairly expensive.

Yes, I would just wait, perhaps they will reply to your message soon. The good thing is that it's ever so easy to get your money back on ebay if the item never does come!

Also if it does arrive late, you can mention that in your feedback to the seller and not leave a very positive comment.

I never mark my items as dispatched not being awkward, mainly I forget haha but I do post quickly

So two working days, and could have posted on Tuesday, so could easily take another day or two. Id wait until Monday tbh. She's probably just not marked if as dispatched.

If you look at the sales record in your purchase history, there will be a window for estimated delivery. Once the latest day arrives you can open a not received case, I usually give it an extra day though, before I firstly contact the buyer, and if they don't respond, then open a case.
