got email from ebay saying I need to pay for said item? I paid for it and paypal made seller reimburse me?
Why didn't seller just say send the tat back??
I've emailed seller and also forwarded paypal email stating dispute won by me.

This is really annoying

I've had more emails from seller accusing me of being a thief!!

I've replied and said when it's returned he should get someone to model it and then he'll see I'm not a liar!!!

Of course it has to be a man selling this, any woman would've taken one look and thought 'who the heck can wear that?'

Why don't you send it back??

helenhismadwife · 04/03/2007 11:33

send it back its not really fair to keep it, and if he is sending you emails you can forward them to ebay as its email harrassment there is a link of all e mails sent via ebay for you to do this

Ulysees · 04/03/2007 12:22

I am going to send it back but these emails started as soon as the dispute was won by me. He'd told me he couldn't refund as EU law forbade it. Said I should've read small print. then I took it to paypal as a mumsnetter suggested. I won and this started.

I'll email to say it's in the post but I'll send recorded delivery so he can't dispute it.

if he keeps hassling you report him to ebay its unacceptable he sounds a complete pratt!!

if you go to the email he has sent you on the right near the respond now button in blue is a report it button that will forward the whole e mail to ebay, do it will all the ones he sent you.

I would email him when you have posted the stuff back and tell him his tats in the post

and to answer your question how has he got 100% feedback probably because people wont leave him feedback if they are not happy because they are worried about getting it back

nikkid21 · 04/03/2007 19:26

As ann add on to the last thread I suggest that you return it via recorded delivery so that he can't claim not to have got the item back.

If you didn't marked the item as paid, you may get a message because the payment was not recorded and this automatic facility might be totally unaware of the dispute and result.

SNOWBall4girlz · 04/03/2007 21:58

ditto the recorded delivery bit worth the extra cost no argument then whether or not recieved it

Ulysees · 04/03/2007 23:20

yes I said earlier I'm sending it recorded as this prat would no doubt try to say I hadn't sent it.

I suspected that about the feedback too
thanks for the blue button suggestion, think I'll do that.

Unfortunately there are a lot of prats on ebay but there are also a lot of very good sellers, its really sad when you get a bad seller my husbands business is internet/ebay based and sellers like this unfortunately make people wary of buying online.

Im glad you got your money back dont let it put you off there are some good sellers out there and report him for mailing you all the time ebay do take that seriously
