why would you leave neautral feedback? someone i waited for payment from them for nearly a week, sent it out straight away and they just said "item recieved thank you" it was exactly as described. it was brand new, so why???

You could always put a note underneath the feedback pointing out that this is a new ebayer who might not understand the system. Nothing nasty though, I never buy from sellers who put nasty/personal comments under neutral or negative feedback.
