So I brought a phone off eBay (stupid it now feels). Feedback was good so went with it. When it came it had a blue dot on the screen so I messaged the seller and heard nothing. I've them sent another message as the speakers sound tinny and awful. He's come back saying they weren't an issue when he had it. The phone wasn't cheap and I've opened a case but I've not used it as I replaced my iPhone 5 as the camera broke. I also listen to music a lot via iPhone and the speakers are so awful on the new one that I can't.
Will eBay sort it? As seller doesn't seem bothered.
