Selling to a buyer with only 1 feedback score

A buyer has bought a pair of unused headphones from me for £35.
They only have a feedback score of 1 (which is positive)
Bit worried they might be dodgy, is there anything I can do to protect myself from being scammed?
I usually use RM

Send it recorded delivery?
They might just be new to ebay.

Take photos and video showing them working?

You should be sending £35 items by recorded delivery (or by using a delivery service having tracking) automatically.

Either you refuse to send the item and risk damaging your selling account or you send it assuming that everyone on ebay will have zero or one feedback at some point.

Meh. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Unfortunately you can't back out of this without risking negative FB and receiving a defect.

Just make sure you protect yourself by sending the headphones "signed for" and uploading the tracking number against the sales record ASAP.
