I've sold a handbag, it's a Chloé, it's real and not up for discussion that it's isn't, I bought it from Selfridges myself. She's paid, and now says she has changed her mind as she says it's not real. I'm not getting into it with her about the authenticity of the bag, but do I have to send her money back?

If it was red and it ended today, I'll buy it I was watching one and forgot about it. Unfortunately yes it's going to be your best option to refund as otherwise she'll only open a case saying its counterfeit when she receives it and you'll have to refund anyway and pay the return postage. You'll get your fees credited back to you so you won't lose out, simply realist it or offer it to the losing bidder.

You don't want to pay fees on this with ebay so make sure she does the cancellation of sale through ebay. Don't just refund her without making her do that first

Yeah it's a Paddington, my EXH bought me it years ago, it was my first ever proper designer bag, I cried at the counter when we bought it. Unfortunately it's now taking up precious space and also reminds me of him! It's gotta go!
