the woman has till the 1st march to repond if she doesn't then my sister will get a refund. I did wonder if she could do a charge back but we can't see how to do that.

hope she gets her money back, this happened to me and sadly i didnt get my money back because the seller emptied her account. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your sister.

we are hoping because she isn't vertified and can't transfer the whole £6000 in one month, only £500 a month, that sis gets the money back.

my sis has managed to get her phone number but she isn't answering. Also Misdee is on another group where one of the women went round to her house and it was all closed up and no-one was answering the door.

Tell her to get in touch with her bank - did she pay by credit card? if so she can claim under the chargeback rules. Not sure about debit cards, sorry. hth

If she can't move the money out of her account she is probably buying things like the boat to empty the account and will then resurface under a new ID and sell them on.

funny how when I owed ebay £6.48 they froze my account until I paid but haven't frozen this account yet there are complaints about this seller. I hope she get caught and sent to prison..........
