I am bl**dy fuming - rant sorry........................................

I sold some lovely hand-drawn Winnie the Pooh pictures on eBay. I bought them for DD's room but never got round to putting them up so decided to flog them. I described them exactly as they were and they sold for £9. I left the buyer positive feedback as he paid quickly. I got and email this morning that reads:

'I am not happy with the quailty of the item, it looks like the pictures have been photocopies with cheap wooden frames.
Please arrange a refund!!!'

That is complete bollocks!! The frames are plain wood and the pictures hand-drawn, they were hand made FFS!!! He has left me shitty feedback and I am absolutely fuming. If he emailed me first then I might have been happy to refund or come to some agreement.

I can see why - I would be mad, too! You can reply to feedback, and I know this doesn't help now, but I only leave feedback for buyers after they have left feedback for me.

Agree I would be annoyed too, I would be ahppy to refund, but if they left bad feedback first I'd tell them to go jump.
