I sold a coat (used but great condition) and my buyer is demanding a full refund.
He says the coat has defects, all minor and don't affect the usage of the coat.
I have replied apologising for any defects I hadn't noticed and offered a partial refund of 35%.
He has now sent a refund request to eBay.
I think he's taking the piss, expecting brand new for second hand prices.
Any advice, please.
