Best Offer - I have questions

I put an item on with this and have received 3 offers, 2 for the same amount.

Do the bidders see what others have offered?
Should I contact the sellers to say their bid is outbidded or that someone has offered the same?
Is that what is expected or should I just let them run out and / or pick one of the high bids?

I can't see an obvious link to contact the buyer on the best offer page. So not sure what is expected. (don't want to annoy buyers and get bad star rating)
I've looked at Help and don't see much on this.

Ok, have worked this out.
The 'bulk decline button' on the offers page does not bulk decline the offers, but takes you to a new page where you can accept or decline offers. So I have sussed this out now myself and declined and messaged buyers from this page.

Bidders can't see other bids, no. But you can decline their offer and go back with a counter offer along with a comment.
