Sent refund do I have to do anything else

Sold a printer. Buyer came back to me saying it was faulty. I just refunded him straight away as didnt want to pay for the return P and P.

Is there anything else I need to ? Will I get final value fee refunded ?

How did you refund him? Just through PayPal? If so you need to go into the sales record in eBay and cancel the transaction.

You should have got the buyer to open a not as described case with eBay and the whole thing would have been done in one click...... a lot simpler!

Ah ok that's good....... nope you don't need to do anything else. Your eBay fees will be deducted from your monthly invoice and your PayPal fees will be refunded.

Even though ive given buyer a refund buyers still wants to send the item back ?? Reasons i gave him a refund was so i didnt incur anymore postage charges !!

Just tell them they don't have to send it back, and if they don't want it, then they can dispose of it.

They can't force you to pay for a returns label, now you've refunded. The case is closed.
