Worn shoes

Bought some shoes on ebay listed as new without box.
Arrived this morning with grit in the sole, soles clearly been outside & writing rubbing off the inside sole!
Contacted seller who's 'completely flummoxed' shes sure they haven't been worn so sent her photos - she says they'll refund if I send back. Presumably ill have to pay postage back? How do I know she'll refund - and original postage as well?

You won't have to pay the return postage if you open an Item Not as Described case.... the seller will be required to pay the return postage

kskee · 26/11/2016 22:34

And you will get a full refund. Be sure to send them back Signed For

Kskee ...... no DONT send them back signed for! The OP will have to cover that cost and then won't get he money back!

Open a not described case with eBay and you will be provided with a pre paid returns label.

The seller cannot be forced to refund the return postage retrospectively.
