I regularly use ebay to sell... but I never know this...

Do I leave feedback first as a seller or do I leave it for the purchaser???

its best to let the buyer leave fb first. Then if anything does go wrong they are more likely to try to resolve issues rather than neg you straight off.

tbh its up to you, i think that when i buy something, its nice to get feedback straight away for paying promptly and ive found that as a seller, if i wait for my buyer to leave feedback for me, they dont always do it until you have left them feedback

as a seller, leave feedback after the buyer, then you know that they have received it ok and the transaction is complete
