What does this look like to you ?

I bought a skirt & it did mention a "small hole" on an otherwise "perfect, like new condition" item. Now I've seen it I want to return. What does this "small hole" look like to you, and what reason would you give for the return?

It's torn when they pulled off the price tag?

Was there a photo of the hole in the listing? If not, Just open a not as described case with eBay and say it's a lot bigger than a "small hole". Don't mention anything about it being "stolen". Just stick to the facts.
